We do not collect, store, or transmit any data from your controller to our servers. All processing, including button detection, axis monitoring, and haptic triggering, happens locally within your web browser using the Gamepad API. This means that even if you disconnect from the internet after loading the page, the tester will continue to function privately.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use minimal local storage (browser storage) solely to remember your theme preference (Light/Dark mode) and sound settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for behavioral analysis, profiling, or cross-site tracking across the web.

3. Advertising Partners (AdSense)

To keep this tool free for everyone, we display advertisements. Our partner, Google AdSense, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. These ad services do not have access to any controller data or personal hardware metrics processed by Gamepad Tester.

4. Security of Information

Since no data is transmitted to us, there is no risk of your controller profile or usage patterns being exposed in a traditional data breach. Your local environment remains the sole custodian of your hardware diagnostics.
